Microsoft Research Group Shot

Group Shot is some fancy looking software from Microsoft that allows you to easily build a single composite photo from a bunch of photos. Say you take a few photos of a couple but one person blinks in one photo and a booger is dangling from the other person in another photo. Now you can choose the bits out of each photo and merge them together.

Nice idea, haven't tried it yet.

Minolta 35mm to digital

Convert your old 35mm Minolta to digital.

Although the instructions cover Minolta cameras it wouldn't take much effort to apply this to any 35mm camera.
